The YODDHA FITNESS CrossFit Functional Training Premium Titan Rig is a hyper flexible rig, For Regular Gyms carefully engineered to create training zones for groups of members to train simultaneously. Constructed with 3’ cross member bars, With a variety of station attachments, the CMPR rigs are ideal for functional training. Functional training targets multiple major muscle groups simultaneously and mimics movements that you perform in day-to-day activities.

Each upright Mark Up with 55 CNC Holes and Numbering for easy Movement (westside) hole process for Squat and Bench press movement easily. (From 1 Ft to 3 Ft holes @ space of 1″ then 3 ft to 7 ft holes @ space of 2 inch)

Made up of (72x72mm) 3 x 3 Inch Sq Pipe – 11 Gauge.
